All too often when a person is shopping for something, particularly in the area computers and peripherals, they find themselves in a Best Buy or Circuit City listening to a teenager pushing the "product of the day". The salesperson doesn't know the customer's needs because he hasn't asked!

If you do your due diligence prior to going shopping, you stand a much better chance of going home with what you need.
